De asemenea, sportul a fost inclus pe lista scurt\u0103 de a intra la Jocurile Olimpice \u2013 Tokyo 2020, al\u0103turi de alte \u015fapte sporturi.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/olympics.com\/en\/news\/four-new-sports-dakar-2026-youth-olympics-baseball5-wushu\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/olympics.com\/en\/news\/four-new-sports-dakar-2026-youth-olympics-baseball5-wushu\">Wushu va fi prezent ca sport oficial la Jocurile Olimpice de Tineret \u2013 Dakar 2026!\u00a0Sportivii califica\u021bi vor putea concura la probele de Changquan, Gunshu, Taijiquan \u0219i Taijishan.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><a href=\"https:\/\/olympics.com\/en\/news\/four-new-sports-dakar-2026-youth-olympics-baseball5-wushu\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"440\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/jadwushu.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/xusqhzymssuelyfcu6kb.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-110 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jadwushu.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/xusqhzymssuelyfcu6kb.webp 440w, https:\/\/jadwushu.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/xusqhzymssuelyfcu6kb-300x300.webp 300w, https:\/\/jadwushu.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/xusqhzymssuelyfcu6kb-150x150.webp 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 440px) 100vw, 440px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"alignfull has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Wushu, cunoscut \u0219i sub denumirea de \u201eKungfu\u201d, reprezint\u0103 termenul colectiv pentru toate artele mar\u021biale provenite din China \u0219i dezvoltate de-a lungul a mii de ani. \u00cen cadrul Wushu-ului se reg\u0103sesc numeroase sisteme \u0219i stiluri, fiecare \u00eencorpor\u00e2nd propriile tehnici, tactici, principii \u0219i metode, precum \u0219i numeroase arme tradi\u021bionale. Wushu nu reprezint\u0103 doar lupt\u0103 sau arte mar\u021biale, ci \u0219i practici pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii sau filosofie.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"alignfull has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Caracterul \u201eWu\u201d, \u00een Wushu, este compus din \u201eZhi\u201d \u2013 a opri \u0219i \u201eGe\u201d \u2013 o arm\u0103 antic\u0103 de r\u0103zboi. Astfel, se explic\u0103 esen\u021ba \u201eWu\u201d, \u0219i anume aceea de a opri conflictul \u0219i de a promova pacea. Practica Wushu dezvolt\u0103 at\u00e2t un corp armonios \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tos, c\u00e2t \u0219i o minte puternic\u0103, nu \u00eenalte valori morale, \u00eentruc\u00e2t principiile se bazeaz\u0103 pe \u201eWu De\u201d \u2013 etica mar\u021bial\u0103.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"alignfull has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">\u00cen zilele noastre, Wushu s-a dezvoltat ca o ramur\u0103 sportiv\u0103 global\u0103, practicat\u0103 \u0219i agreat\u0103 de sportivi din \u00eentreaga lume, tocmai datorit\u0103 con\u021binutului s\u0103u unic \u0219i atractiv. Sportul Wushu se \u00eemparte \u00een dou\u0103 categorii principale: Taolu \u2013 competi\u021bie cu exerci\u021bii mar\u021biale prestabilite, cu sau f\u0103r\u0103 arme&nbsp;\u2013 \u0219i Sanda \u2013 competi\u021bie de lupt\u0103 (full-contact sau Qinda-light contact) \u2013.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"alignfull wp-block-heading\">Disciplinele principale ale Wushu-ului competi\u021bional<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"alignfull wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:200\"><strong>Taolu (sistemul demonstrativ)<\/strong><br>Un Taolu const\u0103 dintr-un set continuu de tehnici prestabilite, impuse sau alese, \u00een func\u021bie de specificul competi\u021biei, prin care se \u00eencorporeaz\u0103 principiile mar\u021biale de atac \u0219i ap\u0103rare. Acestea includ tehnici de bra\u021be, tehnici de picioare, s\u0103rituri, secer\u0103ri, pozi\u021bii \u0219i deplasare, precum \u0219i elemente de echilibru.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignfull has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Taolu tradi\u021bional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:200\">Wushu tradi\u021bional (denumit \u00een mod obi\u0219nuit kungfu) este r\u0103d\u0103cina wushu-ului competitiv \u0219i are o istorie lung\u0103 \u0219i divers\u0103. Pornind de la nevoia de autoap\u0103rare \u0219i de supravie\u021buire, precum \u0219i de o art\u0103 a r\u0103zboiului, au ap\u0103rut diferite stiluri \u0219i practici cu diferite metode, con\u021binut, filozofii, tactici \u0219i tehnici ap\u0103rute de-a lungul miilor de ani de dezvoltare a wushu-ului. Stilurile \u0219i practicile Wushu variaz\u0103 foarte mult, unele av\u00e2nd \u00een principal tehnici de bra\u021be, altele concentr\u00e2ndu-se pe tehnicile picioarelor, iar altele pun\u00e2nd accent pe lupte. Wushu tradi\u021bional include, de asemenea, o gam\u0103 extrem de vast\u0103 de arme tradi\u021bionale transmise din epoca armelor reci, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu metode practice care au fost p\u0103strate de genera\u021biile ulterioare. atacul cu capul, cu cotul, cu genunchiul sau aplicarea de presiune pe articula\u021biile adversarului sunt strict interzise; folosirea de tehnici de lupte sau arunc\u0103ri \u00een urma c\u0103rora adversarul este for\u021bat s\u0103 aterizeze \u00een cap sau lovirea inten\u021bionat\u0103 a adversarului, atunci c\u00e2nd acesta se afl\u0103 la podea, sunt strict interzise; atacul la nivelul capului advsersarului, atunci c\u00e2nd acesta se afl\u0103 la podea, este strict interzis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:200\">&#8211; \u00een cazul competi\u021biilor de juniori \u0219i cade\u021bi, sunt interzise seriile de pumni la nivelul fe\u021bei \u0219i loviturile de picior la nivelul capului.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"alignfull wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:200\"><strong>Qingda (sistemul de lupt\u0103 light contact)<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignfull has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 39%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:200\">&#8211; se pot folosi tehnici de pumn, de picioare \u0219i arunc\u0103ri (proiect\u0103ri) \u00een zonele valide: lateralele capului, trunchiului, lateralele \u0219i spatele picioarelor; zone interzise pentru atac: fa\u021ba, spatele capului, ochii \u0219i g\u00e2tul, zona inghinal\u0103, coloana, rinichii, genunchii, coatele \u0219i alte articula\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:200\">&#8211;
